I’ve been to the Flathead River Valley several times, usually on an exploratory trip with my father who, despite his prospecting days being long gone, still enjoys a drive through the towering mountains.

It’s truly one of the most beautiful valleys I’ve ever seen. With a green and lush flood plain, the only signs that humans have touched it are small logging roads and a few scattered hunting cabins, or the odd fisherman casting his line.

More than 1.8 million acres of Ontario land is on display at one of Canada's largest outdoor photography exhibits.
